To file a copyright infringement notification with us, you will need to send a written email communication that includes substantially the following :

  1. You must be, or your company is, the copyright holder of the content in question.
  2. You provide the exact URLs to the nasheeds, strictly no complete (sub)categories or search queries.
  3. You provide the complete name(s) of the content in question.
  4. You send the removal request using a verifiable email address (e.g. address@yourname/yourcompany.com). Removal requests from free email services (such as, however not restricted to, Hotmail, Gmail, Yahoo) will be ignored and will be identified as unlegitimate requests.
  5. Identify the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed;
  6. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
  7. Your address, telephone number, and email address
  8. Your physical or electronic signature

Please keep the correspondence polite. We remove postings as soon as we can, usually within 76 hours, however cannot guarantee a timeframe. Keep in mind that we will only handle removal requests that comply with the above rules.

Disabling downloads by request

Alternatively, you may request us to disable the download of content in question. Which will prevent users from downloading content however will not prevent them from listening or streaming to content on the site.
To complete this request you must adhere to all above rules (e.g. Send the removal request using a verifiable email address)

MyNasheeds takes your privacy seriously. We do not collect any personal information about you. This page describes how we treat your personal information. Please read the following carefully:

To protect the privacy of our visitors, we do not retrain IP addresses, hostnames of our visitors for more then a period of three months. However, we may log some IP addresses for administration purposes. Remember all submissions are logged and we log user information to prevent abuse. Registration is required before uploading and submitting content to MyNasheeds. If the submission system is abused we reserve the right to disable the account responsible. We reserve the right to report the users information together with the IP address to local authorities.

MyNasheeds may read or write Cookies to store login information, searched keywords or any other session data for users.

MyNasheeds registration requires details from our users. The information collected here will be treated with respect and will never be sold to third parties.

Automatic Server Logs

When you use this service, logs are automatically generated by our servers and then stored locally. These server logs may include information such as your web request, Internet Protocol ("IP") address, browser type, browser language, referring / exit pages and URLs, platform type, These logs may be kept upto 3 months.
